 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the guidelines for using our website and visiting our farm. By accessing or using this site or visiting our property, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Use & Content

All images, text, logos, and content on this site belong to Perry FarmStead unless otherwise noted. You may not reuse or reproduce our content without written permission. We do not collect or use personal data for subscriptions, newsletters, or marketing emails. We only respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.

2. Product Information & Availability

We offer handmade and homegrown products such as goat milk soap, jams, jellies, baked goods, hatching eggs, and more. Because our goods are handmade and seasonal, availability may vary. Descriptions and images aim to be as accurate as possible, though slight variations may occur.

All products are sold as-is and should be used at your own discretion, especially in cases of allergies or sensitivities.

3. Purchases

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on soaps or other perishable items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days.

4. Farm Visits

Visitors are welcome to stop by our small farm store during operating hours to browse and purchase items. On occasion, we allow store visitors to meet some of our animals. However, we do not offer formal tours or group bookings.

Our property includes a natural creek and live animals, which means entry is at your own risk. By visiting Perry FarmStead, you acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for your safety and that of any minors accompanying you. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring on our premises.

5. Privacy & Communication

We respect your privacy. We do not send newsletters, promotional emails, or sell/share your data. If you reach out via our contact form, we will only respond to your inquiry directly and will not retain or reuse your information beyond that response.

6. Limitation of Liability

Perry FarmStead is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or visits to our property. Products should be used according to their labeling, and we are not liable for misuse or allergic reactions. Visitors assume full responsibility when on the property.
